Every order ships from our private label facility in Southern California. All orders ship in 24 hours of receiving. Orders received by 2:00pm PST will usually ship the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you receive bugs, please place them in the freezer until you contact us. We will send a return label once you reach out to us. Following FDA regulations, the product needs to be returned for quality control. Once the item is returned, we will provide a credit or replacement for the product.
